Julia Child and French Cooking - Carolyn Witkofsky
Carolyn's presentation was entitled Julia Child and French Cooking. A brief biography of Julia's life was presented along with her passion for French cuisine. In keeping with the subject, a French Rose was served and an apple tart made step by step following Julia's recipe as found in her best selling cookbook, MASTERING THE ART OF FRENCH COOKING.
