Annual Meeting is January 14, 2020, in the OLLI Room at USCB
Roll
call is promptly at 4:00 P.M followed by the business meeting. Since there is
no presentation, we will discuss the new calendar of presenters.

put the Beaufort History Museum tea at Dataw on your calendars. The date is
March 19, 2020, time 1:00. The theme is Swing Low, Sweet Chariot. It’s nice to
put a table together.

Election of new members

Sponsor
nominates candidate and speaks briefly about the potential new member.

ballot vote: Member at Large and Secretary will hand out, collect, and count
the ballots
c. Announce
the new member/s
d. The
person who nominated the candidate will notify her of the invitation to join
and will invite her to next meeting.
e. The
President will send a “welcome” letter to nominee and will request contact
information for the directory.
f. The
President will forward the contact information to the Secretary to update the
directory.
g. The
Welcome letter will include a request to sign up for a month to present in
2020. This can be finalized at the February meeting.
