Barbara Hathaway called the annual meeting to order at 4:15 pm after a period of socializing with drinks and food provided by Stuart.
Minutes of the November 8, 2022 meeting were approved
General business discussed:
Barbara and Sandi gave an update on Hopeful Horizons. We have scheduled a date to shelve the books in the children’s room at the women’s shelter on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 10 am. Barbara passed around a list for members to sign up to help that day.
Barbara recommended that we select Hopeful Horizons for another year as our charitable recipient. This was unanimously approved. On Tuesday, members will discuss needs at the shelter with Tonya Doctor, the shelter director.
Baarbara presented the following slate of officers which will were unanimously approved: President – Grace Cordial Secretary – Sandi Atkins Member at large – Jerry Stocks
Annual dues for 2023 of $25 per member were collected in cash.
Sandi presented the annual cash flow report for 2022:
Monies received through dues and donations 535.00 
In lieu of a presentation, Barbara asked each member present to spend 5 minutes telling the group about herself that the other members might not know. It was a wonderful way to get to know each other better.
Meeting adjourned: 5:00 pm
Next regular meeting will be on February 14, 2023 with Diane Gallagher as the presenter.
